Biography

Angel joined Messrs Raja Seelan & Associates in March 2024 and has since been actively involved in various legal practice areas, including general corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, and advisory services.

Pratice Areas

General Corporate & Commercial Matters

Preparation, vetting, and reviewing agreements for property transactions, with a particular focus on housing developer projects, tenancy agreements, employment agreements and other corporate documents.

Property & Conveyancing

Preparation, vetting and completion of sale and purchase agreements for housing development projects, tenancy agreements and dealing with other matters including dealings with the Land Office / Land Registry, LHDN and other government offices.

Banking and Loan Security Documntation

Experience in the preparation of loan and security documentation for consumer loans associated with housing development projects.

Will Writing

Preparation, vetting and reviewing wills for clients.
