The Partners have been actively involved in construction based activities since the year 2000. The Firm has prepared and/or reviewed letters of intent, letters of award, conditions of contract and other related documents for clients.
The Firm has and continues to provide advisory services in relation to construction contracts and the management thereof. The Firm has worked on and is familiar with EPC Contracts in relation to the oil and gas industry, power industry and the railway industry.
In terms of construction disputes, the firm has and is presently handling several disputes both in arbitration and in Court.

Advising foreign and local clients in relation to engineering consultancy agreements in connection with the Pahang, Selangor raw water transfer project and other hydro and combined cycle power projects
