Biography

Nicole has been in active practice since completing her pupillage in 2013. She joined Messrs Raja Seelan & Associates in 2018 and has been a Senior Associate in 2019.

Nicole does a mix of corporate commercial drafting as well as dispute resolution. She has been involved in the following principal areas of law such as corporate and commercial matters, advisory,
conveyancing, construction, civil litigation . Besides that, she is familiar with the Securities
Commissions and Bursa Malaysia rules and regulations.
