Biography

Cindy joined Messrs Raja Seelan & Associates in year 2015.

Cindy is a dispute resolution lawyer. She has been involved in the following principal areas of law namely, construction, general litigation, commercial litigation, tortious matters, trust matters, bankruptcy & insolvency actions, probate and administration matters.

She has been working on and advising on various EPC Contracts especially in the Oil & Gas and
Power sectors. She has been involved in arbitration and adjudication proceedings.
Cindy has experience in advisory work on Strata Management Act 2013 and related legislation.
